Festivus for FAIT Gala 2025, held at the Arbutus Club in Kerrisdale, was a glamorous Diamonds & Casino–themed evening filled with elegance, energy, and purpose. Our team provided full planning, design, and on-site coordination, transforming the space with shimmering crystal details, bold gold-and-black accents, and interactive casino elements. Supporting children with food allergies, this meaningful event beautifully combined luxury with impact.

ATMOSPHERE
Hosted at the iconic Arbutus Club in Kerrisdale, Festivus for FAIT Gala 2025 came to life with a glamorous Diamonds & Casino theme. Guests were welcomed into an evening of elegance, excitement, and purpose, where sparkling diamond details and lively casino tables created a vibrant and celebratory ambiance.

From concept to execution, our team managed the full planning, design, and on-site coordination of the event. Working closely with the organizers, we ensured every element reflected both the luxurious aesthetic and the meaningful mission behind the gala.

The space was transformed into a diamond-inspired experience featuring shimmering crystals, soft feather textures, and bold black-and-gold accents. Energetic casino games added movement and excitement, while the overall design struck the perfect balance between sophistication and fun.
