What’s the difference between event planning and event design?

Event planning focuses on logistics, vendor coordination, timelines, and overall execution, while event design is about crafting the look, feel, and aesthetic of your event — from décor and tablescapes to lighting and thematic elements. We offer both, so your event is seamless and stunning.

Do you offer full planning, partial planning, or day-of coordination packages?

Yes! We offer a range of services to fit your needs:

  • Full Planning: From concept to execution, we handle every detail.
     

  • Partial Planning: Perfect if you’ve started planning but need guidance and professional support.
     

Day-of Coordination: We take the stress off your shoulders on the big day, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

How far in advance should we book your services?

We recommend booking 6–12 months in advance for weddings and 3–6 months for corporate events, depending on the scale and season. Larger or highly customized events may require more lead time.

Can you work with vendors we’ve already booked?

Absolutely. We’re happy to collaborate with your chosen vendors to ensure everyone is aligned, the timeline runs smoothly, and your vision comes to life seamlessly.

Do you provide event décor and rentals, or do you coordinate with external suppliers?

We offer a mix of both! We have access to curated décor, custom design elements, and rental options, and we also work with trusted external suppliers to bring your event to life. Our goal is to create a cohesive, elevated look while staying within your vision and budget.

Do you travel for events or only work locally?

We primarily serve in British Columbia (Vancouver, Whistler, Victoria Island, Kamloops, Kelowna), but we’re happy to travel for destination weddings or corporate events, just ask, and we can discuss logistics and travel options.

Do you handle setup and teardown on the event day?

Yes! We manage the full setup and breakdown so you and your guests can fully enjoy the event without worrying about logistics.
