Last year, we had the privilege of being part of FAIT 2024 at the iconic Science World in Vancouver.
Designed to raise awareness and essential funds for a remarkable cause, the event blended elegance and meaning, leaving a lasting impact on everyone who attended.
What is
FAIT
FAIT stands for the Food Allergy Immunotherapy Program, a groundbreaking initiative helping children and young adults living with food allergies. The program focuses on research, treatment, and building resources for families navigating life with severe allergies. Each year, Festivus for FAIT brings together community leaders, supporters, and advocates to raise funds that directly support this mission.

EXPERIENCE
The 2024 edition of Festivus for FAIT transformed Science World into a vibrant cocktail-style celebration. Guests enjoyed engaging speeches, patient stories, live entertainment, and an atmosphere full of purpose. The evening raised essential funds to help young patients transition from pediatric to adult care—a critical stage in allergy management.
Our
ROLE
Our team took on the planning side and full day-of management for the event. From coordinating logistics and vendor setups to ensuring the evening ran seamlessly, we worked behind the scenes to create an effortless experience for both guests and organizers. Every detail—from guest flow to staging—was carefully orchestrated to keep the spotlight on FAIT’s mission.
